PfP Students has been appointed to manage new purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) beds at the £530m redevelopment of the University of Manchester’s Fallowfield campus.
The new Fallowfield accommodation will provide 3,300 student rooms across five neighbourhoods, alongside a new central hub and extensive shared spaces designed to support students’ academic, social and wellbeing needs.
The scheme is being delivered through a 50-year partnership between the University of Manchester, Equitix, GRAHAM, PfP Students and Rothesay, with the first 1,000 rooms due to open in 2028.
PfP Students is partnering with the University of Manchester on the management of the accommodation and will manage the maintenance of all the rooms, as well as the common areas and grounds of the campus.
