Vistry Group has appointed three senior leaders in the East Anglia region.
Alex Stark (pictured), who has more than over a decade of experience in the housebuilding industry, has been appointed as managing director. Prior to joining Vistry, he was divisional managing director at McCarthy Stone and held senior positions at Crest Nicholson, Redrow Homes and Barratt London.
Mark Fowler, who previously served as financial director at Berkeley Group, restoration specialist City & Country Group and more latterly Weston Group, has been appointed as financial director, and Jitesh Radia has been appointed commercial director.
Radia, who has more than 34 years of contracting and house building industry experience, previously held senior roles at Skanska UK and Lovell Partnerships.
Stark said: “I’m excited to be leading Vistry’s East Anglia region with a well-established team and a clear focus on high quality delivery. Our partnerships model is well suited to meet local housing needs, and I look forward to building on this momentum and supporting the region’s continued growth.”
Fowler added: “I’m pleased to be joining Vistry’s East Anglia region at a time of strong opportunity and growth. Ensuring financial discipline while supporting operational delivery is key, and I’m excited to join the team.
Radia said: “Since joining Vistry, I’ve been impressed by the collaborative spirit of the team and our shared focus on growth. It’s been a positive experience settling into the team.”
