McDermott Will & Emery has agreed a deal to let the 115,000 sq ft The Lazari Building in London’s Mayfair for its new HQ.
The international law firm has signed a 15-year lease on the Foster & Partners-designed space at the former Fenwick department store at 7 Brook Street, which Lazari is redeveloping into a landmark headquarter office building with retail spaces along New Bond Street.
McDermott Will & Emery will relocate from its current home at 22 Bishopsgate to its new UK headquarters in 2028.
