Beaufort Capital has launched a dedicated bridging service to support borrowers across England, Scotland and Wales.
Drawing on the experience of the wider Beaufort business, Beaufort Bridging will provide loans from £1m to £75m+ against a wide range of asset classes, including residential, semi-commercial, commercial and undeveloped land.
Beaufort Bridging aims to deploy more than £500m in the first three years of operation and establish itself as the predominant lender in the unregulated and large bridging loan market.
Established developers seeking bridge funding for their projects can also benefit from the transition from bridging to development finance with Beaufort.
Paul Norman, co-founder of Beaufort Capital Investment Management, said “We are delighted to unveil our new bridging product which will build on the strengths of the market-leading Beaufort business and enhance our product offering. Beaufort Capital is very well capitalised and will provide certainty of funding to a market where certainty of delivery is of paramount importance and quick turnaround is often critical to meet the requirements of the borrower.”
Richard Titcombe, associate director at Beaufort Bridging, added: “We will continue to offer the bespoke, in-depth service that Beaufort Capital is known for, and apply our established principles to the continuously expanding bridging market. With a great deal of turbulence in the global markets at the moment, we hope that we can offer our clients the benefit of assuredness, fast decision making and experience.”
