Housebuilder Honey has secured planning consent to deliver 722 new homes across five sites in Yorkshire and Derbyshire.
The Sheffield-headquartered housebuilder will deliver the homes at developments in Duckmanton, near Chesterfield; Rossington, near Doncaster; Maltby, near Rotherham; and Fenay Bridge, near Huddersfield.
Honey has also secured consent for the second phase of its development in Waverley, near Rotherham.

We undertook detailed market research in and around each development to assess demand and gain consumer insights.

We now look forward to progressing the sites and further expanding Honey’s development footprint in line with our controlled expansion plans.”
