Planning permission has been granted to deliver the first co-living homes at Related Argent and Barnet Council’s 180-acre Brent Cross Town development.
The co-living building, which was designed by Assael Architecture, will provide 352 studios and be delivered by Halcyon Development Partners and DTZ Investors’ Folk co-living fund.
The development is the fourth collaboration between Halcyon and DTZ Investors and the building will be managed by Folk.
