Rendall & Rittner has appointed Pam Chang as the company’s new chief financial officer.

Chang has more than two decades of financial leadership experience and previously held senior roles at international property and facilities management businesses, most recently serving as managing director (finance) in CBRE’s global facilities management division.

Earlier in her career, she served as head of FP&A for UK and Ireland at Cushman & Wakefield and managed budgets for landmark developments including the Walkie Talkie building during her time working for a commercial property developer.

In her new role, Chang will lead the company’s finance organisation, overseeing both client accounting and corporate finance teams.

Chang said: “Joining Rendall & Rittner at such a pivotal and dynamic stage in its evolution presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to its continued success. It’s clear that the company’s values – from putting customers first to investing in its people – align with my own. I look forward to listening and learning from colleagues, understanding the evolving needs of our clients, and working together to build a robust, future-ready finance function that supports excellent service and sustainable growth.”

Richard Daver, co-CEO of Rendall & Rittner, added: “Pam brings not only deep financial and commercial expertise but also a clear passion for collaboration and people-first leadership. We’re delighted to welcome her to the board and are confident she will make a strong contribution to the next phase of Rendall & Rittner’s evolution and growth.”
