Lloyds Living has appointed Ascend to manage the recent additions to the company’s single-family rental (SFR) homes portfolio.
The new instruction covers 98 two-, three- and four-bedroom homes across two sites in Bolton and one in Ellesmere Port.
In line with the existing mandate between Ascend and Lloyds Living, the homes will be operated under the Ascend Living brand, a white-label, resident-facing identity launched by Ascend in February.
