A joint venture between Wing Tai Properties and Manhattan Holdings has completed a lease regear on more than 350,000 sq ft of office space at 30 Gresham Street in London.
The regear was agreed with Commerzbank, Investec and Rathbones and will see Investec and Rathbones establish a shared London headquarters.
Oxygen, which acts as both asset and development Manager for the landlord, will now embark on a significant renovation of the building as part of the agreement.
Knight Frank acted for Investec, Cushman & Wakefield acted for Commerzbank and Kauffman acted for Rathbones. Mayer Brown advised Oxygen and the landlord, Macfarlanes advised Investec Bank and Rathbones, Bates Wells acted for Commerzbank and Addleshaw Goddard also acted for Rathbones.
