Urban Centric has appointed Fresh to mobilise and manage the Fitz & Knox co-living development in Cardiff city centre.
The co-living scheme, which will offer 208 studio apartments, is in a converted former office block known as Knox Court.
The on-site amenity provision will include a cinema, games room, co-working spaces, kitchen and dining areas and a wellbeing and fitness studio spaces.
