Luxury hotel and spa group Barons Eden has acquired the four-star Ardencote hotel and spa in Warwickshire for an undisclosed price.
The Victorian manor house, which was originally built in 1862, comprises 110 en-suite bedrooms, extensive wedding and conferencing space, three restaurants and bars.
The spa and leisure club facilities include an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, three tennis courts, two squash courts, nine treatment rooms and a gym.
Ardencote is set within 83 acres of landscaped gardens and also features an 18-hole golf course.
