Dominus has submitted plans to transform a telephone exchange into a 240-room hotel at 123 Judd Street in Camden.
Under the proposals for the new scheme, designed by Stiff + Trevillion, 100% of the substructure and 80% of the existing building structure will be retained, and environmental performance will be improved, in line with Camden’s Climate Action Plan.
The existing closed-off ground floor of the building will feature a hotel restaurant, café and bar that will be open to both guests and members of the public, and the hotel will be managed by the Dominus Hospitality platform.
