Spitfire Homes has submitted planning applications to deliver 521 new homes at sites across the Midlands in the past month.
The company intends to deliver 136 new homes in Balsall Common, Solihull; 50 properties at the site of a former police station in Harborne; a collection of 47 homes in Belbroughton; 127 homes at Little Impney, Droitwich (pictured); 113 homes in the Cotswold village of Broadway; and 48 new homes adjacent to the homebuilder’s existing collection, Pembleton, in Kislingbury, Northamptonshire.
