Vistry Group and Aspire Housing have secured planning consent to deliver 39 social rental homes for individuals aged over 55 in Chesterton, Newcastle-under-Lyme.
This new development on Cross Street will comprise a mix of 23 apartments, eight bungalows and eight maisonettes.
The homes form the third phase of the Aspire Housing Cross Street development. Phase one saw the completion of nine bungalows, and Phase two, which is currently underway, will deliver 43 new homes.

This marks a significant step forward in bringing much-needed affordable housing for those in their later years to the area, creating a vibrant and sustainable community.
