Pegasus bolsters planning practice with director hires

Pegasus Group has bolstered its planning practice by hiring two new directors. 

Clare Preece (pictured), who has more than 25 years of experience in the public and private sectors, has joined the company as director of planning in London. Prior to Pegasus, Preece was planning director at planning consultancy Fuller Long.

Simon Handy has joined the firm’s Manchester team from BNP Paribas Real Estate where he headed up its Oxford office. In his new role, Handy, who has 18 years’ experience across the public and private sectors, will focus on expanding Pegasus’s client base and projects across the North and Midlands.

Henry Courtier, director of planning in the firm’s London office, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Clare to the team. She brings a wealth of planning knowledge and experience working in London and the South East. Clare will strengthen our planning team, which complements the wider multi-disciplinary offering we can provide within London.”
