SAY Property Consultants has expanded its UK presence by opening a new regional office in Manchester.
Gareth Bridgman, associate director and regional lead at SAY, will lead the new office. Bridgman has more than seven years’ experience providing strategic operational advice to developers and operators across build-to-rent, affordable housing and mixed-use projects.
Bridgman said: “This is an exciting time in my career and for SAY. We are already working with clients across the North and this new base allows us to strengthen those relationships whilst creating new ones on the ground. It’s also an exciting time for the regional markets given the extensive levels of regeneration we will see in the coming years, and we’re well placed to add value from concept to operation.”
