Eccleston Homes has secured a £10.3m facility from Paragon Bank to help fund the development of the Brook House Place residential scheme in the heart of Urmston, Greater Manchester.

The development, which will deliver 57 new homes, is well underway, with the first homes expected to be available as early as spring 2026.

It will feature a range of property types, from one-bedroom apartments through to spacious four-bedroom family houses, across a mix of tenures, including shared ownership and affordable rent.

Simon Dekker, senior relationship manager at Paragon Bank, said: “Brook House Place is a scheme that reflects the best of modern residential development and, as a development funder working with hundreds of SME developers across the UK, we’re thrilled to be supporting Eccleston Homes to deliver much needed quality homes for the North West – contributing to the region’s continued growth and vibrancy. Eccleston Homes’ commitment to quality and community makes them an ideal partner for Paragon.”

Kevin Marren, founder and managing director of Eccleston Homes, added: “Brook House Place is a flagship development for Eccleston Homes, combining thoughtful design, energy efficient functionality, with bold urban architecture. Thanks to Paragon’s flexible funding and incisive counsel, we’re able to offer a range of homes and tenures to meet the needs of Urmston’s diverse community and look forward to welcoming our first residents in early 2026.”
