Lloyds Living and Keepmoat have agreed a deal for 294 single-family rental homes across four sites in Yorkshire.
The developments in Hungerhill, Firbeck, South Elmsall and Upton will feature a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes.
More than 200 homes will be delivered to all-electric specification and will have NextGeneration Bronze level certification, a nationally recognised sustainability benchmark for housing developments.
The homes will be managed by Lloyds Living Property Management (LLPM) with the first completions expected in October.
