Honey has secured planning consent to deliver 125 new homes on the site of bike manufacturer Raleigh’s former headquarters in Eastwood, Nottingham.
The £41m GDV development, which is located off Church Road, will be called Raleigh and comprise a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes.
It will include terraces, semi-detached and detached properties and will feature 16 of honey’s house type designs, with prices starting from £269,995 for a two-bedroom semi-detached Avocado house type. Of the new homes, 10% have been designated affordable.
