Whitten takes on head of UK research role at JLL

Nick Whitten has taken on an expanded role as head of UK research at JLL. 

Whitten has been at JLL for more than 11 years and has primarily focused on the residential sector with his most recent role seeing him lead living research across EMEA. 

He will continue to lead the living research team in addition to his new role as head of UK research

Tom Carroll, EMEA head of research and strategy at JLL, said: “Nick brings energy and insight to our team and is well-known for his thought-provoking commentary on the issues that are shaping real estate markets across the country. He is an experienced leader amongst our global research team and will contribute to our research strategy, while also guiding our market-leading UK research team.
