Harworth Group has secured reserved matters planning consent for two new warehouse units with building heights of 40m at its Chatterley Park development in Stoke-on-Trent.
Units A and B, which will comprise a total of 777,700 sq ft of Grade A space, have been designed to integrate within the surrounding landscape, while delivering maximum operational flexibility and future-proofed operations for prospective occupiers.
Harworth said Chatterley Park, which can accommodate up to 1.2m sq ft of space, is one of the few industrial and logistics sites in the UK capable of offering units of this height and flexibility. Design and build opportunities on the site range from 25,000 sq ft to 518,000 sq ft.
