Housebuilder Dandara has completed the acquisition of parcels of land at phase four of the Linmere development in Houghton Regis, Bedfordshire.
The 11-acre development site will deliver 165 homes and comprise a mix of private and affordable properties.
The site forms part of the wider Linmere consortium scheme, which is being delivered by master developer Land Improvement Holdings, and is set to bring forward 5,000 homes over a 15-year period.
Dandara is expecting a planning decision early next year with construction due to commence in April and the first homes anticipated to go on sale in November.
