Insurance company Vitality has signed for a new 45,000 sq ft office at 3 Stockport Exchange in south Manchester.
The company is relocating from Wellington Road and will occupy four floors of the building, which is located next to Stockport railway station.
The £145m development is being delivered in partnership by Stockport Council and Muse Developments. On completion, it will provide up to 375,000 sq ft of Grade A office space and 28,000 sq ft of commercial floor space.
Micheala Meikle, Stockport Council cabinet member for skills, economy and regeneration, said: “Vitality relocating its more than one thousand staff to our premier business district is the start of a new and exciting chapter for Stockport Exchange. The move has cemented its position as a growing employment destination, creating opportunities for residents to develop the skills needed for the future.”
