Placefirst has agreed forward-funding deals with Vistry to deliver 124 new single-family homes (SFH) across two sites.
In Kidlington, Oxford, the 44-home scheme, which is due to complete in June 2026, will comprise a mix of three- and four- bedroom rental houses with a GDV of £26m. The homes form part of Vistry’s wider 370-home mixed-tenure masterplan at Kidlington, which is being delivered in collaboration with Cherwell District Council.
At Norwood Farm, Northampton, Placefirst and Vistry will deliver 22 two-bedroom, 47 three-bedroom and 11 four-bedroom rental houses with a GDV of £29m. The homes will form a considerable part of the wider Western Gate community at the Norwood Farm Sustainable Urban Extension.
