ECF has secured planning consent for the redevelopment of the former Farmer Norton car park site in Salford.
The plans for Phase 1 of the Cleminson Street site will see 42 new three-bedroom homes delivered, with Phase 2 delivering 185 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.
Farmer Norton forms part of Adelphi Village, which will provide more than 800 homes as part of the wider Crescent Salford masterplan being delivered by the Crescent Partnership, formed of Salford City Council, the University of Salford and ECF – a partnership between Homes England, L&G and Muse.

CBRE advised ECF on planning and dRMM Architects is leading on the scheme’s design.
