Knight Frank has appointed Nicolai Dane from Colliers as a partner in its London capital markets and development team.

Dane spent 10 years at Colliers where he served as a director in its capital markets team providing transactional, funding and strategic advice to clients across multiple different sectors. Prior to this, he worked as a senior analyst at CBRE within the firm’s transactions and advisory services division.

Jamie Pope, partner and chairman of London capital markets and development at Knight Frank, said: “Nicolai brings over 15 years of commercial real estate experience to Knight Frank, making him well placed to join the team and contribute to our continued growth. We’re confident that Nicolai’s expertise advising on transaction services and capital markets will bring real value to Knight Frank, supporting both existing and future mandates.”

Dane added: “Knight Frank’s London capital markets and development team stands out as particularly impressive in the current commercial market. It is a privilege to come on board and to start working with such a strong client roster. I look forward to building on the team’s track record of delivering expert advice on commercial property and projects across the city.”
