Folkes Properties has acquired a 31,066 sq ft single-let industrial unit from LondonMetric Property at Fairview Industrial Estate in Curdworth, Birmingham.
The unit, which is located approximately 450 metres from Junction 9 of the M42 and the T1 interchange of the M6 toll, is let to PHS on a 20-year FRI lease that commenced in July 2007.
