Law firm Davitt Jones Bould is hosting a free webinar on the topic of ‘Restrictive covenants, positive covenants and commonhold’ at 2pm on Tuesday 3 March.
The webinar, which will be hosted by Richard Snape, Davitt Jones Bould’s head of legal training, will look at some of the issues relating to the enforceability of restrictive and positive covenants in freehold land. In addition, the draft Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Bill has now been published and the course will also look at an overview of commonhold.
