Quintain has completed the refinancing of two build-to-rent (BTR) schemes at Wembley Park with a £310m green loan from Natixis CIB.
The loan, which marks the full refinance of Quintain’s previous corporate facility, covers Canada Gardens and Madison, which between them provide 1,124 BTR homes.
