The King’s Cross Group has unveiled updated proposals for the St Pancras Hospital site.
The updated plans, which address feedback from the local community and key stakeholders, seek to provide 180 new homes with a target of 40% affordable homes for local people, representing an increase of 70 more homes than previously proposed, almost 7,000 sq m of landscaped open space, and stronger connections between the site and surrounding areas, including the 67-acre King’s Cross neighbourhood.
Working in partnership with North London NHS Foundation Trust (NLFT), the proposals from The Kings Cross Group will also include modern, upgraded healthcare facilities in the South Wing at St Pancras Hospital, and 470,000 sq ft of workspace in a new commercial building.

In December 2025, The King’s Cross Group announced it had renewed its strategic partnership with North London Foundation Trust (NLFT) to acquire part of the St Pancras Hospital site in Camden. Related Argent will continue as the development manager on the St Pancras Hospital scheme.
