Mercia Real Estate has sold a 161,145 sq ft warehouse in Staffordshire to a private investor for £7.25m.
Known as Rugeley 161, the unit, which sits on a circa six-acre site at Riverside on Power Station Road in Rugeley, is currently occupied by DCG Logistics UK.
