Chancerygate and Bridges Fund Management have pre-let three units totalling 31,200 sq ft at Airport Trade Park in Dublin.
Corporate gifting and branded merchandise company Imprint Engine has taken a 16,100 sq ft unit on a 15-year lease, electrical connectors and tooling manufacturer Cembre will occupy a 7,550 sq ft unit on a 10-year term and networking and firewall software company Netgate has taken a 7,550 sq ft unit on a 10-year term. Both Cembre and Netgate are new entrants to the Irish market.
The joint venture partners recently completed work on the €40m, 120,260 sq ft Grade A urban logistics development near Dublin Airport, which is the partnership’s first scheme in Ireland.
The development, which sits on a five-acre site, comprises 13 units ranging from 3,615 sq ft to 22,670 sq ft.
