Spacemade has agreed deals with The Howard de Walden Estate and The Bedford Estates to operate flexible workspace in two buildings in Central London.
The company has signed for an additional building with The Howard de Walden Estate at 50 Queen Anne Street, expanding its Elmtree collection in Marylebone. Fifty Queen Anne Street is configured as a private offices-only building, providing discreet, fully-serviced office suites.
At 22-23 Bedford Square (pictured), Bloomsbury, Spacemade has struck a deal with The Bedford Estates to operate circa 17,000 sq ft of space across six floors. The Grade I listed Georgian property will blend retained period features with a contemporary flexible workspace offer, including private offices, co-working space, an event lounge, a bar and multiple terraces.

As the fourth site in our Elmtree collection – and sixth in partnership with Spacemade – it introduces much-needed private office space, building on our existing offer and reinforcing our commitment to providing a diverse range of workspaces across The Howard de Walden Estate.”
