Hurstwood has completed three lettings at 310 Europa Boulevard on Gemini Business Park in Warrington, taking the building to fully let.

Infrastructure services company Avove has taken 3,980 sq ft, logistics company Ziegler has signed for 3,000 sq ft and water technology group Xylem has taken 1,980 sq ft.

Hurstwood acquired the building in 2023 and undertook a refurbishment programme to improve the energy efficiency of the scheme, bringing it to an EPC A rating.

Constantine Thanopoulous, sales director at Hurstwood, said: “We’re delighted to see Europa Boulevard fully occupied following our refurbishment works. Our aim was to create high quality workspace that meets the needs of modern occupiers, and the response from businesses has been extremely positive. We’re proud to welcome these new tenants and to see the building thriving once again.”

Daniel Barnes, director in the Manchester office agency team at Savills, which is joint leasing agent alongside OBI, added: “It’s excellent to have secured the final lettings at Europa Boulevard, and it really reflects the investment Hurstwood has made in creating high quality workspace. Demand for well‑specified, energy efficient offices in the North West remains strong, with occupiers prioritising buildings that support productivity and sustainability.”
