Knight Frank Asset Management has appointed retail, leisure and placemaking agency P-Three as sole letting agent for 176–206 Kensington High Street in Central London.
The asset comprises circa 57,000 sq ft of retail space across 15 retail units on the ground and lower ground floors, and offers 105m of frontage onto Kensington High Street.
P-Three has been tasked with delivering long-term rental growth, driving footfall and dwell time, and creating a clearly defined sense of identity and place for the block.
Hannah McNamara, co-founder of P-Three, said: “This appointment presents a rare opportunity to redefine a London neighbourhood by seamlessly integrating 176-206 Kensington High Street into the daily rhythms of local residents, office workers and visitors. The building blocks are already in place with strong specialist retail anchors nearby, excellent connectivity and an affluent, active catchment. Our aim is to amplify these strengths through a tenant mix that prioritises quality, wellness and repeat engagement, which will enable us to create a place with genuine purpose and identity.”
A spokesperson for Knight Frank Asset Management, which manages the Knightsbridge asset on behalf of a private client, added: “P-Three’s appointment reflects our commitment to proactive asset management and value creation on behalf of our client and the local neighbourhood. Their people-first leasing approach is well-suited to Kensington High Street’s evolving retail and leisure landscape and will help us enhance the local retail environment for the benefit of all who live, work and spend time in the area.”
