Willmott Dixon has been appointed to build a new £92m campus for the College of North West London, part of the United Colleges Group, on Olympic Way at Wembley Park.
Secured via the Southern Construction Framework, the new eight-storey building will provide 14,200 sq m of internal area, designed around three stacked horizontal volumes.
Specialist vocational workshops will occupy the lower floors and a central student hub will open onto a landscaped deck offering views over Wembley Way, with teaching spaces located above. A central atrium will thread through the full height of the building, connecting every floor and filling the interior with light.
