Joint venture partners London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) and Vistry have secured planning consent for the first phase of the Pudding Mill Lane development in East London.
Phase One will provide 355 homes across a mix of tenures at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, of which 282 will be affordable. The scheme will feature 191 intermediate homes and 91 social rent homes, with 10% of homes designed to be wheelchair accessible. The approved plans include five buildings ranging from three to 17 storeys, designed by Maccreanor Lavington and Gort Scott. Homes.
The wider Pudding Mill Lane development will deliver more than 1,000 new homes, around 45% of which will be affordable, alongside 30,000 sq m of new commercial space, new green spaces and community infrastructure.
