The four-star hotel, which offers significant potential for refurbishment and repositioning, is being sold with full vacant possession,.

The Belfry comprises 120 guest bedrooms arranged over four floors as well as 10 conference and meeting rooms, a bar, restaurant and comprehensive leisure amenities, including a fully equipped gym, fitness studio and indoor spa.
