Vistry has secured planning consent for a further 90 new homes at its Kings Newton development in Grantham, Lincolnshire.
The development has permission for 300 homes in total, with 180 delivered by Vistry. Phase One, which comprises 97 homes, is currently under construction.
In Phase Two, Vistry will deliver 83 sustainable mixed-tenure new homes, including 58 additionality affordable homes. The new homes will range from two to five bedrooms and incorporate a range of sustainable features, including solar panels and electric vehicle charging points as standard.
