Homes England has launched the search for a development partner to deliver the regeneration of the former Broad Marsh shopping centre site in Nottingham city centre.
Delegates at UKREiiF were presented with an ambitious vision for the scheme, outlining plans to deliver a vibrant, inclusive and sustainable mixed‑use quarter.
The development will deliver up to 1,000 new homes alongside Grade A office space, retail and leisure amenities and integrated public realm. Preliminary marketing engagement has commenced to find a development partner with suitable credentials to accelerate the transformation of the site.
The project is being delivered in partnership with the East Midlands Combined County Authority (EMCCA), and Nottingham City Council.
