Great Portland Estates (GPE) has pre-let more than 13,000 sq ft of fully managed office space at Elsley House in London.
A global advertising business has signed for 9,650 sq ft on the second floor and a currency and cash management business has taken 3,440 sq ft.
The lettings, which were completed at an average rent of £260/sq ft, follow GPE’s relocation of Heineken from Elsley House to its wells&more scheme last year. Elsley combines two Art Deco buildings, Elsley House and Elsley Court, and is located between Fitzrovia and the West End.
