Lloyds Living has acquired 100 new single-family homes in Herne Bay, Kent, from Bellway Homes for an undisclosed price.
Situated at Oxenden Park, within a development of 450 homes being delivered by Bellway, the portfolio of 100 homes comprises 12 one- and two-bed apartments and 88 two-, three- and four-bedroom houses.
The homes will be offered through private rental and shared ownership schemes, and the first handovers to customers are expected this month.
