BNP Paribas Real Estate has promoted Richard Stevens to head of London lease advisory.
Stevens, who has more than 20 years of experience advising clients on commercial property matters, specialises in business space, with a particular focus on industrial and logistics assets and London and the South East office markets.
In his new role, Stevens will continue to work alongside lead advisory head, Leighton Thomas, to help shape the direction and strategy of the London team, while continuing to lead and strengthen the firm’s London business space lease advisory offering.

He has consistently demonstrated outstanding leadership in London business space while also helping shape technical excellence across our national lease advisory service line.
