Anwyl Homes has submitted plans to transform a former quarry site in Alsager, Cheshire, into a new neighbourhood.
The company intends to deliver up to 400 one- to four-bedroom homes on the 54-acre+ site at White Moss Quarry, off Crewe Road, alongside a care home and a local centre featuring commercial and community uses.
The application seeks full planning permission for the demolition of existing buildings, site-wide engineering works, construction of new homes and the creation of areas of public open space. The site is allocated in the Cheshire East local plan for residential development.

We held a public consultation earlier this year and carefully considered the feedback received to help shape our proposals before submitting the planning application. Our aim is to create a well-balanced, sustainable development that delivers benefits for both existing and future residents.”
