Housebuilder Keepmoat has made three senior hires to strengthen its Northampton-based South Midlands region.

Ben Brigg, who has more than 25 years of experience and previously worked for the likes of Taylor Wimpey and Tilia Homes, has joined the team as director of construction.

Sally Clifford, a commercial expert with 20 years of experience across residential housebuilding, has joined the team as commercial director from Redrow Homes, and Byran O’Mahoney – who has more than 26 years of experience having previously held roles at Persimmon Homes and Redrow Homes – is joining the team as director of land and partnerships.

O’Mahoney said: “It’s great to join an ambitious regional team and help shape a pipeline of developments that not only supports business growth, but also creates sustainable communities for the future. Keepmoat has a strong track record in brownfield regeneration and creating places that deliver lasting social and economic value, which was a huge attraction for me. There is significant opportunity across the South Midlands region and I’m excited to work with local authorities, partners and stakeholders to identify opportunities, accelerate growth and support the delivery of much-needed new homes.”

Victor Idowu, regional managing director at Keepmoat South Midlands, added: “I am delighted to welcome Ben, Sally and Bryan to the team as we continue to strengthen the region. I look forward to working alongside the three of them and drawing on their experience as we look to accelerate the growth and investment across the region.”
