The Bridge hotel in Wetherby, West Yorkshire, has been put up for sale for £4.5m.
The 37-bedroom hotel is complemented by an established food and beverage offering, including the 72-cover Courtyard Restaurant and the Byron Whisky Bar. The spa and leisure club features a sauna, steam room, hot tubs and three private treatment rooms.
The property is located between Leeds, Harrogate and York, and has strong connectivity thanks to its proximity to the A1(M), Leeds railway station and Leeds Bradford Airport.
Tom Cunningham, UK regional director, hotel capital markets, Savills Manchester, which has been appointed to market the opportunity, said: “The Bridge in Wetherby is an historic property that is held in high regard locally and nationally. Its accommodation and restaurant are matched by the spa facilities and it is a popular destination for weddings as well as corporate events.”
