Newmark has bolstered its UK valuation team with four senior hires from BNP Paribas Real Estate.
Richard Gill and Neil Allison have joined the firm as partners with Seb Perkins and Will Bowden joining Newmark as senior associates.
Gill has more more than 20 years’ experience in valuation with particular expertise across the living sectors, Allison has more than 20 years’ experience across a broad range of sub-asset classes, including PBSA and the private rented sector, and Perkins and Bowden have experience of regional valuation mandates, living sector assets and core commercial property, with a key focus on the Midlands market.
The Birmingham-based team will support growing demand for valuation advice across the living and commercial sectors.
