Manchester aparthotel hits the market with £15m price tag

The Super City Aparthotel in Manchester’s Northern Quarter has been put up for sale for £15m.

The freehold property, which is situated at 20 Church Street, comprises 68 modern studio, one- and two-bedroom suites and caters to a broad customer base, including business travellers, leisure guests and long-stay corporate clients.
