Manchester-based property advisory firm Sixteen Real Estate has relocated to a new office at The Pinnacle.
The firm has taken a 1,284 sq ft suite on the third floor of the building, which is located at 73-79 King Street in Manchester city centre.
Nick Nelson, co-founding director at Sixteen Real Estate, said: “The move to The Pinnacle is an exciting step for the business and reflects how far Sixteen has come since we launched. When we started out, we were working from a small office in City Tower with no natural light, thanks to the generosity of the building operator who gave us our first opportunity.
“Ten years later, we’re moving into a glass-fronted workspace at the top of King Street and committing to a record rent. It’s a milestone we’re incredibly proud of. We’ve always focused on delivering a high level of service for our clients and having a workspace that reflects that ambition was important to us. This is about making the right investment in the business, creating the foundations for our next phase of growth and giving our team and clients a space that matches the ambitions we’ve always had.”
