Hallam Land, part of Henry Boot, has sold a residential development site in Thorpe Willoughby, North Yorkshire, to Vistry Group for an undisclosed price.
The site has planning permission for 140 new homes, including 28 affordable properties, and as part of the development, approximately 2.1 hectares of public open space will be created, alongside children’s play facilities, a sustainable drainage basin, trim trails and circular walking routes.
Hallam Land has worked on bringing the site forward since entering into promotion agreements with two local landowners in February 2023. An outline planning application was submitted in May 2023 with planning permission secured in December 2025.
